Genesis 9:1 (NKJV)

‘So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.’

God’s will for me is to increase. It is not normal for a man God has blessed, not to increase, and what brings increase & multiplication is fruitfulness. A fruitful life will expand and spread her tentacles. Barrenness is not God’s portion for our lives. So the secret of multiplication is not in seeking multiplication but in seeking fruitfulness & the key to experiencing fruitfulness is abiding with Jesus.

We must reject barrenness. I believe this with all my heart. Spiritual barrenness must never be accepted as normal. If you are not producing and reproducing, then either God is taking you through a season for pruning or disciplining, or you are simply not abiding in Christ. God wants us to fill the earth with His glory. Believe it. Dream it. Live it.

‘Lord, I return today to this essential calling to reproduce. Father deliver me from focusing on reproduction, but rather train me to daily exert myself in staying connected to Jesus and being as fruitful in every area of gifting and service. This I know will eventually lead to reproduction. Amen.’
