”Oh Lord, I sometimes feel discouraged when I don’t see or hear testimonies in answer to my prayers. The needs of the world are so huge. Everywhere I turn, great needs stare back at me. And many times, I feel incapacitated to bring about change. But I press forward in faith knowing that faith is the evidence of things unseen. I believe You are listening to us as we continue to plead for our world. We believe the effect of our prayers will only be fully understood in eternity. So today, I ask You to please strengthen my heart and the heart of all my brethren who daily intercede for Your favors and for change in our world. Renew our hope and our patience in praying. And give us the joy of faith even if we don’t immediately see the results of our praying. Amen.”
