Hosea 1:2-3 (NKJV)
”When the LORD began to speak by Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea: “Go, take yourself a wife of harlotry And children of harlotry, For the land has committed great harlotry By departing from the LORD.” So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.”

“Marry a harlot???” I really marvel at the level of obedience that these servants of God had. Even when God asked them to do what might have seemed unreasonable in human terms, yet they obeyed.

How I aspire to walk in the footsteps of these men of God. How I crave to live such pure obedience. “Oh Lord, give me grace to walk with You in total obedience, no matter what. Amen.”
