Romans 3:11-12 (NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The profitable man is the man of understanding who desires profit for himself, for his generation and for his God. One of the greatest secrets of the man of success is that he seeks after God. There is nothing more important in life than seeking God and pursuing after God. Chasing after temporal profits and human success is a sure recipe for disaster. The truly wise are those who earnestly run after God, because only God can truly make us profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll have turned away; all have become useless.\u201d That\u2019s the verdict on those who turn away from chasing God. Once we turn away from this all-encompassing pursuit, we become useless to God and eventually to mankind. What are summary of a life. I don\u2019t want to be useless. I was born to be profitable to myself, to my generation and to God. But I must fight everything that\u2019s \u201cturning me aside.\u201d Too many things are fighting my pursuit of God, too many things. My greatest battle in life is chasing after God, and if I am ever going to be profitable in this one life I have, then this is a battle I cannot afford to lose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLord, I am useless when I don\u2019t pursue after You. Help me Lord, please help me. I cannot do it without You. I am doomed to an unprofitable life if I don\u2019t succeed in this one thing Lord. Please help me. In Jesus name. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
