Romans 8:35 (NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWho shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The love of Christ is deep and full and rich. The expanse of eternity is the scope, the depth and height and width of God\u2019s love. The volume of God\u2019s love is past finding out and trying to understand where God\u2019s love ends is a futile venture. His love cannot be comprehended by human mind. It\u2019s too grand for our imagination to handle. It is in this ocean of love that I live and move and have my being. It is in this sea of love that I serve. I wallow in the love of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For God\u2019s elect, the love of God is our medium of existence; the anchor of our souls and the light in our hearts. Because of this anchorage, we know that God still loves us irrespective of any calamities or persecutions or troubles around us. We refuse to measure the love of God by the problems or lack of such around our lives. As Paul would say in verse 38, \u201cI am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God\u2019s love\u2026not even the powers of hell can separate us from God\u2019s love.\u201d \u2013 NLT. This is the confidence we have, because we live in and have known the substance and the content of God\u2019s love. Things may happen to shake our faith, but our conviction remains anchored in God\u2019s love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLord, I will not let circumstances to move me. I am settled in Your love, and I am satisfied there. Everything else is transient but Your love is real and permanent. I rest in Your love. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
