God is God and we need to be wary how we speak to Him and speak of Him. We need to always remember we are like the clay and He is the potter, and our entire being is because He made us who we are. There should always be some level of decorum and respect when communicating with the Almighty God, even if He is our Father.

As children, we can ask God questions, but we need to frame the questions correctly, and they should be questions borne out of faith, and not questions that challenge His sovereignty. If we challenge God’s sovereignty, then we have stepped outside the protective wall of faith, and we are no longer friends of God. “Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?” – Verse 21 (NKJV).
