Apart from those who deal in the cards of wilful seduction, most of us will go to extreme lengths to ensure we are not uncovered in public. It\u2019s really amazing the lengths we go to in order to hide our nakedness. Could this be part of the residue of the sin nature to always cover up and hide? But it\u2019s gone beyond physical nakedness. We also go through painful processes to ensure that our private matters are not revealed in public. And maybe wisdom is indeed needed to know what to reveal and what to keep hidden. But why is there so much secrecy in our generation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n The good news, however, is that there\u2019s someone to whom we must be totally and always naked to, and that\u2019s our spouse. Is your spouse someone you cannot trust your nakedness to? If yes, your relationship with such a person is not the way God intended it to be. May God give you the wisdom to bring your relationship to the point of total disclosure, for this is the will of God between a man and a woman in marriage. If your spouse does not know you totally and completely, then something is fundamentally wrong. My fears and failures must be in plain sight. There is much safety and security being with a helper who knows every detail of your life. After all, how can she help you when she does not know where you struggle?
