Rather than give excuses, let us seek to provide answers for men. Yes, we recognize that it\u2019s God who answers us at the end of the day, but God has chosen to work with people. As a husband, you need to seek God to provide answers for your family. As a parent, you need to ask God for answers to your children\u2019s needs. Leadership requires we provide answers and if we are unwilling to pay the price of getting answers, then it\u2019s probably best we step away from leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rachel cried to Jacob because she was grieved in her heart. She felt lonely; she felt like a failure because she didn\u2019t have children. Rather than soothe her, counsel her and pray for her, Jacob becomes angry with her. That was a wrong response. Our inability to provide answers may be the reason for our inappropriate reactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leadership demands we provide answers. Leadership requires we seek God for solutions. Rather than react to the problem, let\u2019s go the extra mile to meet the needs of the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
