\u201cAnd Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter. Now his sons were with his livestock in the field; so Jacob held his peace until they came.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The strength of a man is his team. Jacob heard what happen but was not quick to react because of the absence of his team \u2013 his sons. He needed to consult with them; he needed to inform them; he needed their thoughts on the next line of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A leader leads with his team. A leader makes decisions with his team. Your strength is determined by the power of the men around you. God builds a man by giving him strong men around him. Jacob was undoubtedly hurt and could have reacted wrongly \u2013 but he waited for his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work with your team and make your family an integral part of that team. Critical decisions must never be carried out without the prior consultation with your core leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
