God does not hate the mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He created it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And He placed immeasurable powers in it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Powers that we are yet to explore<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Powers to dream, to create, to express<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God wants us to unleash our minds<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And have it confirm to Him<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our spirits are sanctified in Christ<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But our minds remain locked in prison<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t fear what God made<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s a good thing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The redeemed mind is good<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whatever God has redeemed is good<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The unreformed mind is dangerous<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And capable of doing much harm<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The regenerate mind is a storehouse of evil,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A playground for Satan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that\u2019s not me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My spirit is saved,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And my mind is being renewed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daily growing in Christlikeness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So why should I be afraid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Empower your mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let your mind grow as your spirit grows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let it grow in content<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let it grow in quality<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep it focused on what pleases God<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep it focused on the Word of God<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep it centered on God\u2019s heartbeat<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teach it to concentrate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The weakness of the mind is in you<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you don\u2019t restrain it,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It grows flighty and superficial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must direct it, focus is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The power of the mind is in its focus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The untapped potential is awesome<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I must grow it, nurture it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bend it, break it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demand it confirms to your spirit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teach it to press it and stay focused<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I need to feed it Truth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And let it expand & express this Truth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t limit your mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nurture it in Christ<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Care for it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Force it to grow<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And stand back as it takes flight<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And release the amazing powers within it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Powers placed there by God Himself<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What a beautiful day it shall be<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When all my faculties are fully released<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fully utilized in Christ & for Christ<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fully engaged to the full<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demonstrating the fullness of God<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wrestle until I enter that day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I struggle to see that day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I discipline all my faculties to enter that day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And Christ will be fully glorified<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When my spirit, mind & body are fully His<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His to wield as He fully deems fit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
