Help your mind grow its potential

God does not hate the mind

He created it

And He placed immeasurable powers in it

Powers that we are yet to explore

Powers to dream, to create, to express

God wants us to unleash our minds

And have it confirm to Him

Our spirits are sanctified in Christ

But our minds remain locked in prison

Don’t fear what God made

It’s a good thing

The redeemed mind is good

Whatever God has redeemed is good

The unreformed mind is dangerous

And capable of doing much harm

The regenerate mind is a storehouse of evil,

A playground for Satan;

But that’s not me!

My spirit is saved,

And my mind is being renewed

Daily growing in Christlikeness

So why should I be afraid?

Empower your mind

Let your mind grow as your spirit grows

Let it grow in content

Let it grow in quality

Keep it focused on what pleases God

Keep it focused on the Word of God

Keep it centered on God’s heartbeat

Teach it to concentrate

The weakness of the mind is in you

When you don’t restrain it,

It grows flighty and superficial

You must direct it, focus is

The power of the mind is in its focus

The untapped potential is awesome

But I must grow it, nurture it

Bend it, break it

Demand it confirms to your spirit

Teach it to press it and stay focused

I need to feed it Truth

And let it expand & express this Truth

Don’t limit your mind

Nurture it in Christ

Care for it

Force it to grow

And stand back as it takes flight

And release the amazing powers within it

Powers placed there by God Himself

What a beautiful day it shall be

When all my faculties are fully released

Fully utilized in Christ & for Christ

Fully engaged to the full

Demonstrating the fullness of God

I wrestle until I enter that day

I struggle to see that day

I discipline all my faculties to enter that day

And Christ will be fully glorified

When my spirit, mind & body are fully His

His to wield as He fully deems fit
