Satan is the father of lies. As pilgrims, we must constantly discern when he is speaking to us and refuse those inner accusations that seek to weaken and dampen our spirits. We are not perfect in all our ways but our hope is in Christ who justifies, who constantly intercedes for us. Don’t let Satan depress you by pointing out gaps in your life. Jesus knows you more than Satan does, and loves you as you are. Rebuke the voices of hell, and cling to Christ afresh. His words will affirm and renew you on your pilgrimage. Dear pilgrim, i repeat, fight back those voices please. Fight back so that your journey is not truncated through self-pity and self-condemnation. I reject that concerning you, in Jesus name.
